ARTERIES + AEROCAD
Terms of Service
Terms version: 19 September 2026
These terms cover the Arteries and AeroCAD websites, your Arteries account, and AeroCAD software supplied through them.
The service is operated by Arteries, based in Thailand. Support: support@arteries.tech. General enquiries: contact@arteries.tech.
1. Accounts and sign-in
Creating or using an Arteries website account requires accepting these terms. Our public pages and free Demo download can be used without creating an account. You must have the legal capacity to agree, or any parental/guardian permission required by applicable law.
Accounts use email sign-in links or Google sign-in. Use an email address or Google account you control, keep it secure, and do not forward sign-in links or session credentials. We do not ask you to create a separate Arteries password. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
You have one Arteries account for Arteries and its products, including AeroCAD. The account dropdown links to your Profile, Settings and Licenses pages. Account creation alone does not buy software, grant a paid license, or unlock a full-version download. Any paid entitlement must be confirmed separately.
You can sign out or delete your account from the account page. Account deletion does not remove local project files or automatically cancel purchases. Necessary transaction records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
2. AeroCAD Demo, Alpha and paid editions
AeroCAD is a Windows airport-layout design tool. The Demo includes the features stated on its download/release page. A full-edition purchase includes the edition and features described at checkout at the time you buy it.
For software we make available to you, we grant a non-exclusive license to install and use the supplied edition for its intended purpose on devices you control, subject to these terms and any license terms clearly supplied with that download. A free Demo does not grant a license to paid-only features. Separate third-party components, including the bundled .NET runtime, remain governed by their own notices and licenses.
Alpha and Early Access builds are still being developed. Features or file formats may change, and bugs or missing features may exist. Save your work regularly and keep backups. Specific update commitments apply only when expressly stated in your purchase offer; no unannounced roadmap item is guaranteed.
Marking and lighting presets are editable visual representations. AeroCAD does not certify a design’s compliance with aviation or engineering requirements. You are responsible for reviewing any design used outside a personal or conceptual project.
3. Pricing, delivery and refunds
The checkout page states the price, currency, applicable taxes, edition, payment type and any promised update entitlement. A one-time purchase is not a subscription. We will not create recurring charges without separately displaying and obtaining agreement to recurring terms.
Where Stripe Checkout is used, Stripe processes the payment. Access to a paid product is provided according to the delivery instructions shown with your purchase. A successful payment receipt does not mean an automatic account-to-purchase integration exists unless the offer explicitly says so.
If a download is unavailable, the wrong edition is delivered, or the product is materially different from the description, contact support@arteries.tech with your receipt or transaction reference. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law or the purchase offer. Do not send full card details.
Any additional refund policy displayed at checkout is part of your purchase terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, including any cancellation, repair, replacement or refund rights that apply to you.
4. Acceptable use and ownership
Do not use the websites or account service to break the law, send unsolicited sign-in emails to other people, impersonate another user, interfere with service availability, bypass access controls, or distribute malware. Respect other people’s intellectual-property and privacy rights.
Arteries retains rights in its website content, branding and AeroCAD software, except for third-party materials supplied under their own terms. Your purchase is a software-use license, not ownership of our source code or branding. Do not resell or redistribute paid software, keys or access without permission, except where applicable law allows it. You may share links to the official Demo download.
You retain ownership of your airport designs and project files. The current app saves them locally. Sending a project to support lets us use it only as reasonably needed to investigate your request; it does not transfer ownership to us.
The use of personal data and essential account cookies is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data or use account data for third-party advertising.
5. Availability, suspension and responsibility
We aim to provide a working service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, hosting/email outages, abuse prevention or software errors can affect sign-in and downloads. Contact support when you need help accessing a purchase.
We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address abuse, unlawful activity or a security issue. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Closing an account does not take away rights you have under a paid purchase or applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, free and pre-release software is supplied in its current state without additional guarantees beyond those expressly offered. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsupported modifications, or failure to maintain reasonable backups. These terms do not exclude liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, and do not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other protected claims.
6. Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update these terms for future use as the services develop. We will publish a new version date and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. Changes will not retroactively remove rights or commitments attached to an existing purchase.
Thai law applies to these terms to the extent permitted, while any mandatory consumer or privacy protections in your country continue to apply. This does not require you to waive rights to use a court or authority available under applicable law.
